Marco Altieri is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience building and scaling mission-driven organizations across New York’s healthcare and disability services sectors. Currently serving as the Interim CEO of Oak Orchard Health, Marco oversees strategic planning, fiscal oversight, and daily operations to ensure long-term stability for the organization.

Previously, as the Founder and CEO of All-American Homecare, he grew the agency into a 26-county provider, establishing the operational and compliance infrastructure necessary for statewide expansion. His career is marked by high-impact turnarounds, including a tenure as CEO of Angels in Your Home, where he scaled annual revenue from $1 million to over $21 million in just five years. A respected advocate for person-centered care, Marco works closely with government agencies to influence policy and drive innovation within Medicaid and state waiver programs.
