Dr. Corey Jackson is a native of Rochester, New York. Corey graduated from Nazareth College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and worked in acute medicine at Strong Memorial Hospital. After completing a Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner from D’Youville College in 2017 and while completing the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University at Buffalo in 2020, Corey worked as a Hospital Medicine Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Jackson is now a faculty member at St. John Fisher University and opened a primary care office, Jackson’s Health in Brighton, New York. The office focuses on the underserved populations in the Rochester community and provides innovative ways to address healthcare disparities.
