In this session the Fellows will discuss the changing dynamics of the workforce including how to attract and retain the best talent and what it takes to make today’s “employment relationship” fulfilling for both management and employees and the implications for the patient.

In this session we will:

1. Describe and discuss the state of the local healthcare workforce and discuss the implications for organizations and
patients.
2. Describe and discuss with local experts how we are overcoming workforce shortages and what we are doing to bring
joy back into the workplace
