Zachary Arnold is a career Human Resources professional with over nine years in HR Leadership positions. After spending five and half years as the Associate Director for HR at an Acute Care Facility in Northern NY, Zach joined the University of Rochester as an HR Business Partner. Currently, as the Director of Talent Acquisition, Zach is working to build a Central Recruitment function with the primary goal of ensuring equitable access to job opportunities across the University of Rochester.  No matter the role, Zach has spent his career working with teams to define their core values, engage employees, improve departmental culture and game plan how to come together around the common goal of delivering the highest level of compassionate patient care to the community we serve.
