Timothy J. Perrotta

Timothy Perrotta is the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards at Paychex, leading enterprise-wide strategy across compensation, benefits, equity, and HR operations. His prior roles include Executive Vice President & Director of Compensation at M&T Bank and senior HR and Total Rewards leadership positions at Five Star Bank and Wegmans Food Markets. He holds an MBA in Finance and Competitive Strategy from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School, a BA in Mathematics from Nazareth University, and multiple HR and compensation certifications including CCP and SHRM-SCP. He is actively engaged in the Rochester community, serving as a Board Director for Villa of Hope and having previously served on boards and advisory committees for Leadership Rochester, Mary Cariola Children’s Center, and the Child Care Council of Rochester.
