Nancy Snyder

Regional Managing Partner, Rochester Region, The Bonadio Group

Nancy’s primary role as Regional Managing Partner is to be the “Face of Bonadio”, in our Rochester office, in the Rochester region and throughout our Rochester community. Our shared core values are stated in our PROMISE, in which behind every letter of the word promise is a core value starting with the “P” being People. Nancy’s more than 30 years in public accounting has taught her that our people are our greatest assets, and we need to do all we can to protect and engage them. By providing opportunities for challenge and advancement, our people know there is a place for them to grow with Bonadio. Her primary objective is to maintain and grow the Bonadio culture, by actively engaging with our team every day and providing them with a rewarding professional environment where they are valued. As a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors, Nancy uses her position to advocate for the good of the Firm and our people.

Nancy’s life motto is, Work hard, Play hard! She loves her time at Bonadio, but also enjoys life outside of Bonadio. Nancy enjoys spending free time with family and friends. Travel includes cruises and annual family vacations throughout the U.S. Favorite places visited so far include New Orleans, Nashville, San Francisco and NYC. Nancy has done many ziplining excursions and has bungee jumped off the Auckland Bridge in New Zealand. She enjoys warm weather, being outdoors and being in the woods at her property in the Southern Tier of NYS. Nancy enjoys college sports and the Wisconsin Badgers hold a special place in her heart, this requires at least 1 football game per season and a basketball game if the opportunity arises.
