Marcy Hotchkiss joined Paychex, Inc. in 1990. In her thirty years at Paychex, she has held various positions including HR Specialist, 401(k) Retirement Specialist, Benefits Supervisor, and Health and Welfare Employee Benefit Management roles within the company.

Starting in January 2020, she has managed the Paychex Well-being Programs Team, which includes the Five Elements of Well Being; financial, physical, emotional/social, community and career.

She is also responsible for large projects, including new program implementation, external vendor partnerships, Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, continuous process improvement initiatives, employee communications, technology solutions, contracts and compliance.

Marcy is a native of Pittsford, NY and currently resides in Fairport, NY with her husband, Brian. She has a 24-year-old son and three stepchildren, daughter-in-law, grandson and grand pup. She loves spending time with her family & friends, taking fabulous vacations, watching movies/documentaries, walking for exercise and sporting events.
