Elissa Burke

Elissa Burke (she/ her) has served in the not for profit, human services field for over twenty years. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and has been an advocate for change and growth. She brings both personal and professional experience to her work. Elissa is the Chief Program Officer at Starbridge, where she oversees programs and services.

Throughout her career Elissa has enjoyed working in a variety of programs. She has significant experience in services and programs funded through the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) providing hands on support as well as leadership and coaching. Her focus has been on programs having sustainable growth that increases service delivery and allows for reinvestment in career opportunities within the organization.

Elissa enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and menagerie of animals on their small hobby farm in Ontario, NY.
