Consultant and Co-creator of Every Conversation Matters, Epic Rivers Leadership, LLC

Prior to her career in executive coaching and leadership development, Angela held senior leadership roles for over 20 years in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and retail. While a Regional Director in pharmaceutical sales she was recognized and rewarded for her contributions to developing a leadership coaching culture, resulting in increased revenue and team collaboration. Angela has also served as an executive coach with The Center for Creative Leadership and as a Coaching Practice Leader. 

Angela has a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Leadership and has subject matter expertise in global executive coaching, Boundary Spanning Leadership, and organizational diversity and inclusion. She has been involved in the design, development, and facilitation of academic coaching in higher education and has designed and facilitated ICF accredited coaching skills programs. A more recent project has been co-designing Every Conversation Matters (ECM) and working to license and train facilitators in organizations to scale this powerful program and culture tool.
