Senior Principal, Korn Ferry

Dr. Keisha Taylor is a Senior Principal in Healthcare. She focuses on developing leaders and helping organizations improve their diversity, equity and Inclusion.

Keisha is an expert at improving the customer experience which is closely tied to employee engagement. Keisha has led successful initiatives to improve customer loyalty, address social determinates of care, and improve the quality of care for patients. Her leadership was instrumental in developing programs aligned to health equity allowing all patients to attain their full health potential regardless of socially determined circumstances.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she held leadership roles at large strategic health systems ranked in the top 10 nationwide. She has served as Vice President and Chief Experience Officer as well as Senior Lean Facilitator.

She owned the responsibility of developing the customer experience strategy, setting goals based on industry best practice, and identifying waste and inefficiencies. Through her extensive research, she has become a subject matter expert in identifying value to the customer while enhancing engagement among the clinical team.

Earlier in her career, Keisha held roles in Quality and Patient Safety as well as Patient Experience Advisor for Press Ganey and Associates.

Keisha holds a Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration. She has taught graduate level courses in the field at Seton Hall University.  Her research has focused on the impact of stress and burnout among healthcare workers.nal and Domestic US settings. Leading the delivery of all aspects of the executive associate life cycle, to include: Executive Talent Acquisition, System Succession Planning, Executive Leadership Development, Executive Compensation, Benefits planning, and Board Relations.
