Jeffery C. Fisher has joined NorthStar Network as the SVP of Marketing and Business Partner. Jeff brings 39 years of leadership experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Process Improvement and Pricing from Xerox Corporation to his new role. His most recent position at Xerox was Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for the worldwide Graphic Communications Business Group.

As a member of the executive team, Jeff will work closely with the Board of Advisors, Sponsors, Fellows and the NorthStar Team to understand the needs of their organizations and to structure and effectively communicate the Healthcare Business Academy Fellowship Program and Cracking the Code events to meet their requirements. 

Jeff received a BA degree in Economics and an MBA degree from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and a certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt in Marketing.

Jeff is active in his church and volunteers with the liturgy, youth, and social ministries.  He enjoys the outdoors and trekking having walked parts of four Caminos in Spain, Italy, France and Portugal.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jeff has resided in Rochester, New York for over 35 years and has been married to his wife Colleen, for more than 40 years.  They have two children and three grandchildren.
