Guzu Shalev

With 26 years of innovation consulting proficiency, Guzu is one of SIT’s most seasoned experts. Guzu has an impressive track record leading projects in organizations of all types: commercial, government agencies, the military, and nonprofit organizations in dozens of countries around the world.

His broad view of healthcare has positioned him as a sought-after international thought leader in the field. His clients include medical device companies (Medtronic, J&J, Edwards Lifesciences), Pharma (MDS, Novartis, Teva), diagnostics, Medical Centers (Sheba), Payors (Medicare) and HMOs, patient advocacy organizations, assisted living facilities, nutrition units, and many more. He is also proud to have played a significant role in building and maintaining Israel’s HealthTech ecosystem community (8400, The Health Network).

In addition to his work with SIT, Guzu is a management consultant, experienced in coaching and team building, and in enhancing the quality of service processes in organizations.

Formerly, Guzu was on the consulting team of the Schwartz Program for Management Development at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and the former training director of The Yoseftal Institute.
