This 7-module course covers specific tools and methodologies that you can use in your organization to generate high-quality workable ideas that solve problems, address new challenges, and capture new opportunities.

Presenter: Shahar Larry
Shahar has extensive experience working with SIT’s clients both as a senior facilitator, consultant, and trainer of innovation, and also as knowledge manager for the SIT team.
His work covers a broad spectrum of industries; FMCG, Services, IT, Telecom, Medical Devices. Shahar facilitated a problem-solving task-force for a major oil company during the Deepwater Horizon, Gulf of Mexico oil spill. His clients include: Kraft, American Medical Association, Johnson & Johnson, Comverse, Vimpelcom, Diageo, and many more.
In addition to his work with SIT, Shahar is CEO and co-founder of Eyal Prediction Science, a technology startup using cutting-edge science to predict the performance of new products and services in the market.
He is the co-author of “The Secrets of Internet Marketing” (Professional guidebook to effective internet marketing) and has authored many articles on creativity (for IFT’s Food Technology Magazine and Israel’s leading business magazine “The Marker”).
Shahar holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Physics and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University (magna cum laude).
Presenter: Alon Harris
Alon is an Innovation Facilitator and Account Manager. A true renaissance man, his diverse background and expertise fit perfectly with SIT’s work and values. Alon enriches any project he works on, bringing in a unique set of skills, from Business Intelligence, coaching and training, through Content Design and Performing Arts. He works with a cross-section of SIT’s major clients in agrochemicals, food and beverage, banking, insurance, and media across different geographies, developing their organizational innovation capabilities.
Prior to joining SIT, Alon was VP Content and Research for a leading business intelligence company and was a strategic consultant for the Ministry of Defense. He is a Certified Life Coach and has a BA in Liberal Arts from Tel Aviv University. He also makes great chocolate.
Presenter: Shlomit Tassa
As VP Key Clients and senior facilitator at SIT, Shlomit is very much of an all-rounder in the SIT team. Shlomit combines her technical and engineering background with extensive expertise in marketing and innovation processes. She has led SIT’s work with a diverse range of clients including ABN AMRO, Adidas, Bayer, HP, Johnson & Johnson, Pearson, Shell, Siemens, and Unilever. She and her team work with clients to build an infrastructure of innovation capabilities as means of improving their companies’ business goals. As a facilitator, Shlomit specializes in Creative Problem Solving, New Product Development, and MarCom.
Shlomit heads SIT’s expertise in Innovation for Sustainability, developing methods for generating cutting-edge sustainable solutions, and has spoken on the topic in various international conferences.
