In this session the Fellows will participate in a conversation and exploration of the link between  the healthcare needs of our community and the national strategy and what is required to build or refine exciting organizations plans. The dashboard conversation will provide a vehicle to ensure achievement.

In this session we will:

1. Participate in a discussion with Corinda Crossdale as she connects the discussion for DEI to a community population healthcare strategy that addresses social determinates of health.
2. Describe and discuss healthcare strategy at a national level and the implications to leading organizations.
3. Describe and discuss how to use data and dashboards in a meaningful way to ensure that your organization achieve strategic performance goals.
