Yianni Douros, Managing Director, Accenture, NA Health Strategy

Yianni Douros is a Managing Director at Accenture and a member of the North America Health Strategy practice. With over fifteen years of strategy consulting experience, he advises C-suites and business unit leaders of healthcare organizations on their most pressing strategic and operational challenges.

As a leader in the firm’s healthcare provider business, Yianni works with large health systems, non-profit community providers, and children’s hospitals. He is known for the diligence he brings in shaping and delivering programs end-to-end with specializations in enterprise transformation, performance improvement, operating model design, and growth strategy. His research efforts span topics that include responses to market disruption and how organizations can achieve sustainable, long-term profitable growth. His recent insights highlight the imperatives health systems should adopt in strategic planning and transformation initiatives, as well as how hospital leaders can balance priorities on workforce and financial stability.

Yianni previously served as a member of Accenture’s global strategy practice where he served clients across industries on multi-year engagements centered on business and operating model strategy and execution. He holds degrees from Babson College and ESADE Business School and resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
