In this session the audience will participate in a community conversation and exploration of how we use information and set policy and practice to ensure we provide the right care for each individual.

In this session we will:

  1. Describe and explore the NIH effort to capture and use data to group people together, improve care and reduce health care costs by matching the right person with the right treatment the first time.
  2. Describe and explore how Century 21st cures will use the data, overlapped with an individual’s data to create personalized therapeutics.
  3. Explore what we have learned from the pandemic and discuss how to better understand healthcare inequities, how they impact care and cost and ways to create a more inclusive healthcare environment.
