Matt serves as Chief Investment Officer, Wealth Management for Cooper/Haims Advisors, an ESL Company. In this role, he leads a team of analysts to support the ESL Wealth Management business and deliver a centralized approach to managing customer investments.

Matt first joined ESL in 2019 as Manager, Portfolio Strategy and was responsible for the oversight of the investment philosophy, approach, and overall performance of internal investment portfolios for ESL. As Chief Investment Officer, he assists in the growth and development of portfolio models to service clients of ESL Federal Credit Union Wealth Management subsidiaries including ESL Investment Services, ESL Trust Services, LLC, and Cooper/Haims Advisors, LLC.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.
