Fellows will learn and practice 4 Core Habits of great leaders. These include the ability to Unlock Communication, Accelerate Connection, Drive Performance and Development and Win the Inner Game. These 4 Core Habits serve to break down silos, create a culture of belonging, inspire resilience, and significantly impact an organization’s ability to recruit, retain, develop and engage employees and achieve sustainable growth

Participants will walk away ready to leverage four unique visual cues that serve as a common language and “hacks” for embedding these leadership behaviors at scale in an organization.

 

In this session we will:

1. Experience the three critical layers of every conversation and communication and how to quickly uncover what is most important to the other person.
2. Learn six powerful questions for accelerating connection and unlocking emotional intelligence.
3. Practice a simple model for bolstering resilience and restoring peace when overwhelmed.
4. Explore how to transform performance conversations, often the most dreaded conversations, into meaningful +Positive Talent Conversations.
