What it takes to make today’s “employment relationship” fulfilling for both management and employees and how we are overcoming workforce shortages. We will discuss how to move from burnout to wellbeing

2. Describe and discuss the National workforce landscape and how technology such as AI are becoming enablers to reduce workload and Increase employee satisfaction
3. Discuss the concepts of ensuring a physically and mentally healthy workforce
