Fellows will discuss the importance of culture in the workforce.
We will discuss the changing dynamics of the workforce including how to attract and retain the best talent and what it takes to make today’s “employment relationship” fulfilling for both management and employees. In this session we will describe and discuss: the state of the local healthcare workforce and discuss the implications for organizations and patients; how we are overcoming workforce shortages.
Tours the RIT College of Health Science and Technology and Sustainability College will be conducted.
In this session we will:
- Discuss the power and importance of culture in the workforce.
- Describe and discuss the state of the local healthcare workforce and discuss the implications for organizations and patients. The New Workforce, Supply and demand, Retention and Compensation
- Discuss with local experts how we are overcoming workforce shortages and what we are doing to bring joy back into the workplace
