In this session the Fellows will explore and understand population health, the social determinants of health and the impact on healthcare delivery. The latest local community public health metrics will also be shared and discussed.

In this session we will:

1. Overview the 2021 HBA Fellowship Program

2. Describe and explore the current health of our community and discuss the factors impacting the health of our regional populations.

3. Describe and discuss current Public Health issues and actions being implemented to address them.
