Fellows will examine the attributes of great leaders. They will understand population health, the social determinants of health and the impact on healthcare delivery. Speakers will share local demographics and the latest Public Health metrics will be discussed.

In this session we will:

1. Introduce the Fellows and Overview the 2025 Program
2. Discuss the role of culture in building world class organizations
3. Describe and explore the current health of our community and discuss the factors impacting the health of our regional populations.
4. Describe and discuss current Public Health and Behavioral Health issues and actions being implemented to address them, including Violence as Public Health Crisis
5. Discuss the role and attributes of great leaders
