Do patients really understand the risks, how quality is measured and what each patient needs to do to be safe and keep others safe? During this session, we will share the terminology, the most significant risks, how quality and patient experience is measured and what each of us can do to stay safe. We will learn how we can become part of the solution.

During this session, we will share local healthcare Quality best practices in various settings and environments including: Acute Care, Long Term Care, Home Care, FQHC Federally Qualified Health Centers, Physician Groups, Behavioral/ Mental Health, Data Quality, SDOH Social Determinants of Health, and Insurance
