Fellows will examine the attributes of great leaders. They will understand population health, the social determinants of health and the impact on healthcare delivery. Speakers will share national and local demographics and the latest thinking on the changing role of the patient and what is being done to meet patient needs. The latest local Public Health metrics will be shared and discussed.
In this session we will:
- Introduce the Fellows
- Discuss the role and attributes of great leaders
- Describe and explore the current health of our community and discuss the factors impacting the health of our regional populations.
- Describe and discuss current Public Health and Behavioral Health issues and actions being implemented to address them, including Violence as Public Health Crisis
