Fellows will discuss the importance of creating an inspiring workforce culture and  the current state of our healthcare workforce including the implications for organizations and patients and how we are overcoming workforce shortages.

We will discuss the changing dynamics of the workforce including how to attract and retain the best talent and what it takes to make today’s “employment relationship” fulfilling for both management and employees.

Tours the Rochester General College of Health Careers will be conducted.

In this session we will:

1. Discuss the power and importance of culture in the workforce.
2. Describe and discuss the state of the local healthcare workforce and discuss the implications for organizations and patients. The New Workforce, Supply and demand, Retention and Compensation
3. Discuss with local experts how we are overcoming workforce shortages
