Thursday, May 12, 2022: Creating a Culture of Joy and Well-being in the Workplace (Late Morning/Afternoon)

Location:

Monroe Golf Club, 155 Golf Avenue, Pittsford, NY 14534

May 12th Agenda

In this session Fellows will discuss how to help staff identify what matters to them and create momentum that turns burnout into engagement and fosters well-being in the midst of the pandemic.

While internal and external pressures continually mount, it can become increasingly difficult for team members to focus on the positive aspects of their jobs and experience a sense of well-being and joy. The Institute for Health Improvement (IHI) Joy in Work Framework provides proven methods to foster a positive work environment that creates equity, camaraderie, meaning, and choice and ensures the commitment deliver high-quality care, even in stressful times.

In this session we will:

Learn from the Institute for Health Improvement (IHI) lessons and techniques that enable the workforce to truly thrive, not just persevere.
